With the amenities of a small resort, this sprawling residential landscape truly provides something for everyone. Set into a slope thick with ponderosa pines, the rule of relaxation and fun is quickly realized when taking in the full sized basketball court, gunite swimming pool and spa, putting green and fire pit. The details, however, help tie these amenities to the character of their surroundings: a waterfall cascades towards the pool from among the expertly assembled boulders of a natural stone wall; the stamped surface of the tinted concrete pool deck and steps recall weathered stone; trees and shrubs, perennials and grasses fill gaps and soften textures.
