Copper Creek Landscaping aims to set the standard of excellence for landscape design and construction in the Inland Northwest. We are a full-service design/build landscaping firm from project start to project conclusion: new clients start with an initial consultation, then our expert craftsmen get right to it. We survey your property, sketch out every detail, and plan materials, timelines, and results in advance of any action—collaborating with you at every step. Because we put in the time before we begin construction, with Copper Creek, you don’t have to wait around for parts to arrive or endless measurements to be taken. Once you approve your project, it becomes our priority to make your dream retreat a reality.

1. ON-SITE CONSULTATION

Our process starts with a no-cost, no obligation meeting to discuss your project goals, meet our people, and learn more about our design-build process and services. We’ll take what we learn in this meeting and provide you with either a landscape design proposal or a landscape bid proposal, depending on the scope of your project.

2. DESIGN

Our survey team will visit your site to gather information and take inventory. We use sophisticated technology to measure and record site conditions. This information enables us to create a base map of your property, and from there, our talented design team takes over. Between your wish list—our road map—and our expertise, we craft a unique landscape plan customized to your outdoor space.

3. REVISION

Our rigorous internal review process ensures the plan we present is as accurate and detailed as possible. Because we view design as a collaborative process, we invite your feedback; the design fee includes two full sets of revisions. Our goal is to provide a landscape design that reflects your priorities, budget, and vision for the finished outdoor space.

4. BID PROPOSAL AND CONTRACT

Once you are 100% satisfied with your landscape plan, your sales consultant and our detailed bid proposal inform you, clearly and exactly, what you can expect your project to cost, including options for upgrades and material selections. Just like with your landscape plan, we revise until we’ve tailored the project to your budget. Your final bid proposal is turned into a contract for services, and a small deposit secures the next available spot in our construction schedule.

5. CONSTRUCTION

Time to turn your dream into reality! Our talented construction teams take over from here. You’ll have a dedicated foreman and crew on-site daily to install your project. Top-notch project managers oversee the construction to ensure everything runs smoothly and is installed according to our standards. Our extensive network of high-level subcontractors guarantees we have the experience and expertise to ensure a high-quality installation to your 100% satisfaction.

Our yard was redesigned with all sod removed over the 20 days of 90 degree weather, hottest record in Spokane. The crew was considerate, professional, detail oriented, and caring. The end results are outstanding. Our yard is more manicured and beautiful than a public park. We have attracted baby hummingbirds and more pollenators than we have ever seen. We now have low maintenance, draught resistent plants, drip irrigation, and a deer resistent yard. This was money well spent.
