Every inch of space featured in this dramatic transformation. A sunken patio area with sand wash concrete fire pit accompanied by a custom built multi-fall water feature serve as centerpieces. Additional patio space, raw steel and masonry retaining walls, a full size swim spa, laser cut accent/privacy screens and steel garden beds give a rich contrast in materials and styles. Planter bed space was at a premium, so we also installed a beautiful combination of specimen, evergreen and deciduous trees accompanied by shrubs and perennials—all of which we specifically chose to complement the unique blend of components in this project.
